Research Symphony 2018 was launched by MRSSL (Market Research Society Sri Lanka) on the 20th of June 2018,With the intention of creating a knowledge sharing platform for fellow market researchers, to articulate and discuss innovative marketing research strategies adopted during the year.
Research symphony is an initiative to recognize and appreciated outstanding market researchers in Sri Lanka and to shed much needed light on the unsung heroes who revolutionise Sri Lankan industries behind the scenes.
Research teams from Kantar LMRB, Nielsen, Quantum and Breakthrough presented their work during a networking night on the 20th July 2018. Jude Sahabandu from Breakthrough, Ineesha Hewawasam From Nielsen, Neomal Marambe and Sanjeewa Belikotuwa From Quantum and Dharshana Perera, Anjani Athukorala and Keshini Perera From Kantar LMRB were among the celebrated presenters at the award night.
Mr. Farman Nizar and Mrs. Ramani Samarasundera the two renowned marketing professionals in the industry and Nihal De Silva one of the pioneering market research industry practitioners were present at the event to comment, encourage and present the awards to the presenters.
The symphony is only first of many and is certain to uplift and enrich many budding market research professionals in Sri Lanka.
